Pekka Haavisto on Ethiopian crisis: conflict will not end soon

EU Special Envoy and Finnish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Pekka Haavisto, stated that the humanitarian situation in Tigray is “out of control” and that the conflict is far from ending.
